Bradbury Martin State Park

Bradbury Mountain is proudly open all-year, from 9am till sunset (unless otherwise posted).This is a wonderful place to spend a day or afternoon exploring trails, taking in the magnificent view from the summit, or enjoying a picnic under a canopy of trees. One of the original five state parks, Bradbury Mountain was acquired by the Federal government in 1939.

Swinging Bridge

Swinging Bridge Park in Brunswick is open from dawn until dusk and serves as a charming, small riverside retreat along Mill Street beside the historic Androscoggin Swinging Bridge. The 1.6-acre park features granite benches and scenic river views, offering a perfect spot to pause and watch the gentle current of the Androscoggin River or cross the suspension bridge built by the firm behind the Brooklyn Bridge.

Androscoggin River Walk

Androscoggin Brunswick Topsham Riverwalk is a scenic 1.25-mile loop along the Androscoggin River linking downtown Brunswick and Topsham, offering paved sidewalks and forested paths with views of the river and historic bridges. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet fall stroll alongside birches or crossing the iconic swinging pedestrian bridge, the route invites all-season access and light outdoor recreation. Easily reachable from parking in both towns, it’s an ideal outing for a morning walk or a peaceful afternoon by the water.
